You can now reserve your hotel room inside the village by sending us an email at travel@theugc.it .
We've received so many requests from the community regarding accomodation and since we are still waiting on the Book Hotel form via our webpage, we can give you the opportunity to book a room in one of our hotels by sending us an email for now.
We have more than 2 hotels inside the village, really close to the tournament Area (5min walk more or less), so players can hang out together and enjoy the tournament/party atmosphere even when they are not gaming!
The reservation will include accommodation, with room-service and breakfast with the following prices per person:
SINGLE ROOM
1 NIGHT: Euro 70
2 NIGHTS: Euro 140
3 NIGHITS: Euro 210
4 NIGHTS: Euro 240
5 NIGHTS: Euro 270
DOUBLE ROOM
1 NIGHT: Euro 50
2 NIGHTS: Euro 100
3 NIGHTS: Euro 150
4 NIGHTS: Euro 185
5 NIGHTS: Euro 210
TRIPLE ROOM
1 NIGHT: Euro 45
2 NIGHTS: Euro 90
3 NIGHTS: Euro 135
4 NIGHTS: Euro 160
5 NIGHTS: Euro 180
QUAD ROOM
1 NIGHT: Euro 40
2 NIGHTS: Euro 80
3 NIGHTS: Euro 120

The tariffs are per person and include:
- Breakfast buffet
- Inside parking and pass
- Tax
There is the chance to eat at the hotel or at the Self Service insiede the Village and the prices are the following:
Supplement for dinner at the hotel: Euro 12,00 per day per person (with 3 courses menu and water)
Supplement for lunch and dinner at the Self Service Restaurant: Euro 9,00 per day per person (with 3 courses menu and water)
