We've received so many requests from the community regarding accomodation and since we are still waiting on the Book Hotel form via our webpage, we can give you the opportunity to book a room in one of our hotels by sending us an email for now.
We have more than 2 hotels inside the village, really close to the tournament Area (5min walk more or less), so players can hang out together and enjoy the tournament/party atmosphere even when they are not gaming!

Supplement for dinner at the hotel: Euro 12,00 per day per person (with 3 courses menu and water)
Supplement for lunch and dinner at the Self Service Restaurant: Euro 9,00 per day per person (with 3 courses menu and water)
TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Closest Airports: VENEZIA – TREVISO - MILANO - VERONA
Transfer from airports : VENEZIA – TREVISO - MILANO* (Orio al serio and from central station) - VERONA
*Milano has 3 different airports (Malpensa, Linate and Orio al serio). Since we want to accomodate everybody, our bus will leave from Orio al serio and then stop to Milan central station. If you arrive at Linate or Malpensa, you will be able to purchase a 5euro bus ticket to Milan Central Station there.
Transfer service will be provided from the airports listed for 35,00 euro per person / one way.
The service can be booked by e- mail at : travel@theugc.it , pointing out day, time of arrival, flight number, a valid mobile phone number and number of people who are going to be with you.
Please be so kind to let us know the return date if you want to use our shuttle service even at departure.
We will NOT take into consideration requests received after the 18th march 2011.
The service will be confirmed by an e-mail and 10 days before will be announced the exact details of the service. (Car, bus, minibus) Service is intended only for people registered for the event with accomodation at the our Village EFA GETUR.
Transportation from Latisana Train Station (Latisana is the best train station stop for Lignano Sabbiadoro):
A shuttle bus will do service from Latisana train station to the Efa Getur Village the following days:
- 31st March
- 01st April
- 03rd April
You dont need to book this service, we will give you the shuttle schedule for this service around the middle of March.
The service will be free and accessible only for those attending the tournament and those staying at the EFA GETUR Village.
